This study aims to conduct a Bibliometric analysis and scientific mapping of the literature devoted to financial innovation at the intersection of economic growth and financial crises. Based on a corpus extracted from the Scopus database and analyzed via the Bibliometric tools, the research highlights a strong acceleration in publications since 2020, reflecting the growing interest in fintech, digital finance, and sustainability. The results reveal a structuring of the field around three major poles: financial innovation and growth, digital finance, and green finance. The analysis also shows the predominance of China and increased internationalization of scientific collaborations. The thematic evolution indicates a gradual shift from an approach focused on financial development towards a perspective integrating environmental issues and systemic stability. The study thus highlights the transformation of the academic paradigm towards a multidimensional vision of financial innovation.
