Digital transformation is now a major strategic lever that is profoundly changing organisations, their management practices and the skills required of their employees. It goes beyond process automation to bring about a comprehensive transformation of structures, decision-making methods and working relationships. In this context, traditional managerial practices, based on hierarchical control and standardisation, are gradually becoming unsuited to the requirements of flexibility, responsiveness and innovation in a constantly evolving digital environment. This research analyses the impact of digitalisation on managerial practices and skills development in Moroccan companies. It adopts a qualitative approach, based on semi-structured interviews with managers and business leaders from different sectors. The data was processed using thematic analysis to identify the main changes in managerial practices and the skills used by employees. The results show the emergence of more agile, collaborative and team-oriented managerial practices, as well as a strengthening of digital, social and strategic skills. They also highlight that the success of digital transformation depends on the continuous development of skills and on the ability of organisations to adapt their operating methods in order to remain competitive in a rapidly changing digital environment.
