Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on stress testing methodologies within the Moroccan financial sector. It explores how AI integration modernizes risk assessment tools, enhances forecast accuracy, and strengthens the resilience of financial institutions in the face of economic shocks. Drawing on recent data and real-world applications in Morocco, the research highlights the limitations of traditional stress testing approaches and underscores the advantages of machine learning and predictive modeling techniques. The study also compares conventional and AI-driven methods while identifying the key conditions for the successful adoption of these innovative technologies in the Moroccan context.
