Abstract

The article examines the challenges of improving the fiscal governance in Morocco and proposes several recommendations to make this governance crucial for strengthening economic and social development. By enhancing budget transparency and encouraging citizen participation, Morocco can strengthen its economic development in a sustainable manner. This work also emphasizes the need for modernizing fiscal policy and improving the business environment. The International Budget Partnership (IBP) provides an ideal framework for assessing the strengths and weaknesses of public fiscal governance.
