This bibliometric study examines the scientific production related to classroom projects, school-based projects, and quality assurance mechanisms in education. Based on a corpus of publications indexed in major international databases, the analysis uses VOSviewer to generate keyword co-occurrence networks, bibliographic coupling maps, and author clusters. The results highlight three dominant poles: pedagogical and digital innovation, qualitative research approaches in educational sciences, and the growing prominence of STEM-related themes. Emerging trends reflect the digital transformation of education systems and the expansion of competency-based curricula. However, socio-political and economic dimensions appear underexplored despite their relevance for educational governance. This mapping clarifies the structure of the field, identifies consolidated and emerging trajectories, and provides an analytical foundation for future research. It offers valuable insights for researchers and policymakers seeking evidence-based strategies to strengthen educational quality and institutional development.
