Abstract

At a time when the world is evolving rapidly, it is an opportunity to train your employees faster and more flexibly in a truly global training approach. The world of professional training is going digital. Today, companies must be able to reach their employees (their learners) by using new learning methods, while utilizing all the appropriate digital tools to reach their target. We conducted a quantitative and qualitative empirical study with service and industrial companies to determine the continuous training methods practiced. To do this, we sent a questionnaire to bank employees and conducted a semi-structured individual interview with the HR manager of the industrial sample. The main results indicate that the choice of Digital Learning is related to the specificities of the field, almost all banks use digital training, and digital Learning allows for great flexibility in delicate situations such as the Covid-19 period. The quantitative results are processed with SPSS and R-Studio.
