Artificial Intelligence and Its Impact on Business Management: A Strategic Analysis Using the SWOT Model

Artificial intelligence (AI) has become a key driver of digital transformation within organizations. Its adoption is influencing managerial practices, decision-making, human resource management, and operational processes. This article examines the impact of AI on business management through a review of recent literature and a SWOT analysis. The findings show that AI represents a major lever for improving organizational performance, while its integration also raises challenges related to skills, ethics, data governance, cybersecurity, and change management. The SWOT analysis highlights significant opportunities for innovation, service personalization, the development of new business models, and the creation of sustainable competitive advantages. However, organizations must address weaknesses such as the lack of digital skills, high investment costs, dependence on data, and resistance to change, while anticipating threats including cyberattacks, algorithmic bias, job displacement, and regulatory constraints. The study concludes that the successful integration of AI depends not only on technological capabilities but also on effective governance, continuous skills development, responsible change management, and strong human oversight. Sustainable value creation therefore relies on complementarity between human intelligence and artificial intelligence.Downloads
