Abstract

This article examines the impact of the policy and strategy axis on the performance of Moroccan universities, confirming the hypothesis that this dimension positively influences organizational outcomes. Regression analysis reveals that the policy and strategy axis explains 50% of the variance in organizational performance, highlighting its significant role in predicting outcomes. The ANOVA F-test confirms the robustness of the regression model, reinforcing the idea that this dimension has a statistically significant influence on performance. The regression coefficients indicate a positive and significant effect of the policy and strategy axis on performance, with an increase of 0.731 units for each one-unit increase in this dimension. In summary, the article highlights the overriding importance of strategic planning in the university context, underscoring its positive impact on organizational outcomes. These results suggest that universities benefit from a well-defined policy and strategy approach to improve their overall performance.
