Abstract

This article examines risk management and security in international logistics, with a focus on business continuity management and disaster recovery planning in the post-COVID context in Morocco. The objective of this study is to understand how Moroccan companies have adapted their risk management practices and business continuity plans in response to the challenges posed by the pandemic. This research also aims to identify best practices and lessons learned to strengthen the security and reliability of international supply chains. The methodology adopted is based on a qualitative approach, using semi-structured interviews to collect data from professionals in the logistics sector. A structured interview guide was developed to explore stakeholders’ perceptions of the impacts of COVID-19, the strategies implemented, and the necessary adaptations to improve the resilience of supply chains. The results of this study will provide valuable insights for formulating practical recommendations for risk management in an ever-evolving logistics environment.
