This article examines the relationship between public governance, digital transformation, and organizational performance in public organizations. Based on a literature review, the study highlights the growing role of digital transformation in modernizing public management and improving organizational outcomes. On this basis, a research model is proposed to analyze the mediating role of digital transformation in the relationship between public governance and organizational performance. The study suggests that public governance practices promote the adoption of digital technologies, which contributes to enhancing organizational efficiency and the quality of public services. Future research perspectives focus on conducting a quantitative study within Moroccan public institutions in order to empirically validate the proposed conceptual model.Downloads
