The social and solidarity economy (SSE) seeks to place people at the center of its concerns. In fact, for the SSE, people are the key factor determining the success or failure of a country’s development. For this reason, it is necessary to consider the well-being of individuals as a benchmark for measuring the level of development. In Morocco, the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE), driven by women’s cooperatives, is promoted as a major lever for the socioeconomic integration of women in rural and peri-urban areas. However, the actual impact of these structures on the multidimensional well-being of their members remains largely unexplored in theoretical terms. To address this issue, a quantitative study with an analytical focus was conducted. The empirical approach involved administering a standardized questionnaire to a sample of 59 female members of argan cooperatives. The collected data underwent rigorous statistical analysis, notably using the nonparametric chi-square test of independence to test the significance of the relationships between the variables.
