Abstract

This research presents a literature review on the effects of digitalization within organizations, analyzing its impact on five strategic functions: human resources, quality management, marketing, management, and Islamic finance. We also examine innovation strategies in a digital context, the use of emerging technologies to enhance performance, as well as the risks associated with digitalization. This exploration provides a better understanding of the extent to which digital transformation influences key organizational functions and acts both as a driver of innovation and as a potential limiting factor. The objective is to identify the conditions for a successful transformation by balancing the mastery of technological challenges with the strengthening of innovation capacities in a constantly evolving environment.
