Abstract

Despite the importance of time management, relatively few scientific studies have focused on how individuals manage their time or analysed the processes involved in time management. This study aims to provide an overview of existing theories and models of time management. It also proposes to test a time management tool in the context of a Moroccan university. The results highlight the fact that by moving from unstructured to structured time, educational managers experience reduced anxiety and an increased real impact on educational management.
