This study explores the digital transformation of public administrations in Morocco, highlighting the challenges of interoperability, accessibility, and sustainability. The objective is to identify the obstacles encountered and propose avenues for improvement inspired by international best practices. The findings reveal several limitations, including a lack of coordination between administrative systems, inequalities in access to digital services, and insufficient regulatory frameworks for cybersecurity. The study emphasizes the need for better platform interconnection, enhanced digital inclusion, and stronger data protection measures. In conclusion, the success of this transition depends on the adoption of an integrated digital strategy, the development of innovative solutions, and alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals to ensure an efficient, inclusive, and environmentally responsible digitalization.Downloads
